Our emphasis on using only the freshest ingredients, means that our menus are driven by seasonality and we therefore support local suppliers, mainly from Sussex and Kent, who share the same passion for responsible and ethical food production. We treat our neighbouring producers with the respect they deserve and as a result enjoy honest and fair working relationships with them.
